2. Provide the customer name,
address, telephone number, the user/admin contact name, and invoice number
(if available). Also provide a brief description of the problem, the node serial number(s) and processor type.
3. If the warrany call was initiated online, Microway's technical support specialist
will reply as soon as possible. If the call was made by telephone, help will be immediate or when
voicemail is received. If calling, please be prepared to include the information on the online warranty claim form.
4. Our technical support specialist will diagnose and dispatch
parts (if in stock) within 24 hours .
Parts for warranty claims made after 3:00 PM Eastern Time may not be shipped the same day.
5. Your warranty claim will be entered into Microway's Tech support
database for any future warranty inqueries.
6. Microway's Technical Support is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
7. Warranty terms are quoted per specific order. Typically, Microway ships parts
via FedEx Second Day delivery.
Customers are expected to return failed components at their expense via Ground or Truck in
Microway original packaging. Invoices may be issued for items not returned within 60 days.
