How To Order

Most products are either custom designed or processor specific (Intel/AMD/GPU). Therefore we prefer to speak directly with our customers.

Microway is open Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time.

Terms: Freight charges from Plymouth, MA, USA. Shipment is usually made via UPS, FedEx, or Air Freight. International shipments are via UPS, FedEx, or Consolidated Air Freight. Please specify whether you have your own insurance and we will provide shipping and insurance estimates.

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, university and government purchase orders, or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions are provided with quotations. All foreign orders require advance payment. Leasing is available.

Prices subject to change without notice. Quantity discounts available. Defective hardware is replaced or repaired at our discretion. All Microway hardware and systems carry a one year parts warranty. A 25% restocking fee is required for all returned merchandise that is not defective. Returns must be made within 30 days. Returned checks subject to a $50 charge.
