RAID, Inc. Announces Strategic Partnership with Microway.
Kingston, MA -- October 15, 2001 -- - RAID,
Inc., a custom SAN and RAID manufacturer specializing in end-to-end
storage systems and managed services featuring StorageWatch®
announced today their plans to provide Microway with storage
solutions for their high end Linux clusters and servers.
Microway designs and manufactures high quality,
custom configured, Linux Beowulf clusters, servers and workstations
based on dual Athlon, Intel® Pentium® and Alpha processors.
Microway's customers include university, corporate and government
research laboratories, military installations, and financial
institutions. They require state of the art compute engines
for applications ranging from chemical modeling to mechanical
engineering to genomics.
